  • The easiest way to get started is by reaching out to us directly here

    After contacting us, you can expect to receive a response from our team within 48 hours. If you contact us outside of our business hours, a team member will be in touch on the next business day.

  • Caps, Outdoor Performance Shirts, and Performance Polos require a minimum payment of 50% of the invoice before production can begin.

    Printed Apparel, Drinkware, and Stickers & Patches require the invoice to be paid in full before production can begin.

    Production delays can occur, however, they are typically due to multiple revisions or proofs not being approved in a timely manner. Our team is extremely diligent in following up to try to avoid any production delay, so be on the lookout for a message from us!

  • We actually don't build with blank/branded caps. Instead, we build completely custom caps!

    All elements of our caps are cut and then sewn together to create the exact cap you are looking for. While our team has curated popular profiles to choose from, the options are endless.

    Our team is proficient in the current trends and industry norms, so they can guide you to a particular cap style or help you create your own.

  • Because we specialize in custom apparel and goods, we have many different color options for each product category.

    For custom-manufactured apparel, such as Caps, Outdoor Performance Shirts, and Performance Polos, our team has curated various color options ranging from classic solids to intricate patterns. View our Outdoor Performance Shirt Color Guide here

    For other product categories, such as Printed Apparel and Drinkware, color options may be a little more limited. Please reach out to a team member to see what is currently available!

    Stickers and patches do not have specific color options because our team can create whatever you are looking for!

  • For best results, please provide a PNG, SVG, or AI file.

    If, for some reason, your file type is not usable, our team will contact you to ensure everything turns out great!

  • Absolutely! We often have customers submit orders for multiple product categories at the same time.

    However, please note that each product category is invoiced individually. So, if you were to place multiple orders, you would receive multiple invoices. This helps keep the production process simple and organized.

  • We do not charge for any artwork or setup except in rare instances where the desired design is extremely complicated and intricate. This does not occur often and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any team member at Brandcowboy is happen to assist and answer any questions you may have! If for some reason you reach out to someone who is not currently working on your project, our team will put you in contact with the right person.

  • Our lead times vary by product category. Our team confirms lead times on a regular basis to ensure accurate timelines; however, they are always subject to change. If, for some reason, your project is delayed, a team member will contact you with a status update.

  • Minimums vary by product category.

    For specifics, please view our product catalog here

  • Only our Cap program allows you to choose between air freight and ocean freight.

    Air freight takes 60-75 days, including total production time, and adds $1.50 per cap. This is equivalent to our "rushed" shipping method and is the quickest option.

    Ocean freight takes 100-120 days, including total production time, and has no additional cost.

    All other product categories have only one shipping method available. For Outdoor Performance Shirts and Performance Polos, air freight shipping is rolled into the production cost. For Drinkware, Printed Apparel, and Stickers & Patches, shipping is domestic and will be added separately to your invoice.

  • Overcuts and undercuts are specific to our Outdoor Performance Shirt and Performance Polos.

    With each order, the final quantity can be +/-5% of the desired quantity due to the nature of custom manufacturing.

    Once your bulk order is produced, our team will let you know of any overcuts/undercuts and update your invoice accordingly.
